Reviews
The service was excellent! We ordered a cheesesteak (no onions, but with mushrooms) and the “The Original" pizza. The cheesesteak was one of the best I had. Other than the bread being soggy (this is why 4 stars), it was delicious! The steak had a perfect blend of spices. The pizza crust was full of flavor, I wish the pizza sauce was the same. It was a bit bland and acidic - not at all sweet. Definitely, looking forward to coming back and trying some other dishes (many of the other customers ordered pasta dishes, which looked exquisite).
Fantastic quintessential Italian American restaurant! The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. The fried calamari was juicy and crispy and the house blend spicy sweet sauce was unique and paired perfectly with it. The waiter was awesome, and was nice enough to add some fresh basil to my pasta order (and the basil was FRESH and super fragrant). Excellent meatballs, pasta was cooked al dente. Brisket sandwich was better than those found at most barbecue joints. Clean dining are and clean bathroom. The Michael Buble and Frank Sinatra playing in the backround was lovely as well. Excellent service-the server we had was friendly and quick. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area with a hankering for pasta, pizza, and great sandwiches!
Wow. First time at Bacco's. We really, really enjoyed the food.
The interior was cute, the service was decent, but the food blew us away.
Definitely coming back!
The pictures will speak for themselves.
A friend of ours called in and made reservations for a party of 10. When we got to the restaurants we were told they don't have our reservation 😮
With the restaurant packed and few people leaving they managed to pull some tables together for us.
What made up for this horrible mistake is our waitress she is blonde and I don't remember her name was amazing she was kind and courteous and very attentive to our table. I gave her one credit card to handle our entire bill that would make it easier for us and for her, and we tipped her very very well!!
We'll go back and make sure we get the same waitress.
I suggest they the restaurant call the diners to reconfirm their reservations!
Stick to the pizza, their drunken brooklyn is amazing. Got other food this time that was all below average. Chicken parm sandwich small with barely any chicken, mac and cheese that had the pasta extremely hard and wings that were plain.
Atmosphere is nice for a place in a strip mall. Servie was poor and slow. Hard to get drinks refilled. Complimentary warm rolls with cheese were good. Garden salad was very good. Lasagna amd Brookly pizza were also good. I took a star away on food for value. No where on menu did it mention a splitting fee. We were charged $3 extra because the lasgna was split. There were only 3 of us and we had ordered a ton of food. That is tacky, uncalled for and not even on the menu!
Absolutely love their pizza. The Drunken Brooklyn is the best. We usually ask for extra sauce, cheese and added grilled chicken on it. Sometime bacon too. I just wish they would make sure the chick was covered by cheese or sauce so it didn't dry out while in the pizza oven.
Words cannot even describe this establishment. I have been getting pizza from here for over 15 years, and every single time, the drunken Brooklyn is out of this world. If you ever happen to be in Doylestown, you have to try this. It's not just the drunken Brooklyn too, it's everything else on the menu!! 😉 …
